The Identity Vaccination Card Holder features a large main zippered-top pocket and a clear PVC pocket on each side for convenient badge/ID display. It also has a large PVC pocket (window size: 3-3/4" H x 4" W) on the front to hold your vaccination card, keeping it visible and hard to lose. Also features a smaller PVC pocket (window size: 2-3/4" H x 4" W) on the back with an elastic pen loop. Includes a break-away lanyard. Pens and cards are not included.
