2. Services
Chicagoland Promotions provides custom branded apparel and promotional products for businesses, organizations, and events. Our services may include:

Customization of promotional items with client branding

Creation of online company stores for employee or team ordering

Order management, fulfillment, and delivery services
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders.

Approve artwork proofs before production begins.

Use our products and services only for lawful purposes.

Ensure you have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs you provide.

Respect the intellectual property rights of Chicagoland Promotions and others.
Any misuse of our services may result in cancellation of your order without refund.
4. Orders & Payment

Orders require approval of digital proofs prior to production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

Payment terms are as stated on your invoice. Deposits may be required.

Orders will not move into production until payment or deposit is received.

No refunds are provided for partially completed orders or production already in progress.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and branding created by Chicagoland Promotions (excluding client-supplied artwork) remain the property of Chicagoland Promotions. Clients may not copy, modify, or distribute such materials without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Products & Services
Chicagoland Promotions sources blank garments and promotional products from third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, shipping delays, or discontinued items. We will work with you to find suitable alternatives when necessary.
7. Termination / Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any time, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms

Non-payment

Providing unauthorized or unlawful artwork for decoration
Upon cancellation, any costs already incurred (materials, labor, artwork setup) will be billed accordingly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicagoland Promotions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services, including but not limited to delays, errors in client-supplied artwork, or loss of revenue.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free production or uninterrupted service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Illinois.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
